Off road driving for
under 17 year olds
Blue are offering a chance for under 17 drivers to get behind the wheel of a car!!
We are offering a 3-hour off road event on a secure safe Track. Driving
Instructors in dual controlled vehicles, who are all fully insured to give
tuition to under 17’s, will manage the whole event. So Road Safety & Awareness
are our main aims.
The Under 17 Driving event will take place at a secure track purpose built to replicate a typical road system, that features all you would find on a regular UK suburban street.
All you need to be is 16 plus, you do not need a provisional licence, to take part in the under 17 driving event.
You will be properly briefed in accordance with the Highway Code.
The relevant health & safety issues, that cover pre 17 driving.
And of course you will learn how to safely enter a vehicle, drive it away, stop manoeuvre and park, just like a normal driving lesson. So by the end of your training you will come away with all the basics of motor vehicle safety and control.
You will be in groups of 3 during the pre 17 driving course, each pupil will get plenty of driving practice behind the wheel. Your group will be driving for approximately 3 Hours, but you will get a break as well, and you will get one 2 one instruction, from a Driving Standards Agency Approved Driving Instructor.
We do not use volunteers, only fully trained and fully insured Driving Instructors for the pre 17 driving
The Under 17 driving event can be booked for a great day out, for birthdays, schools, private lessons, and special events.
Each Pupil £ 65 each. 3 Hour Group Session, with regular change overs.
